What are fees in addition to tuition?
Each new member will pay a $40 membership fee, which will be charged to the bank account/card on file and processed upon enrollment.
Preschool Gymnastics and Flips & Fitness Class Fees:
A $25 Activity Fee for the school year session will be assessed for Preschool Gymnastics and Flips & Fitness in September (or upon enrollment if enrolling after September).
A Winterset Gymnastics leotard is required for the in-club show and optional to wear during class. Designs may change every year or two, but there’s no need to buy a new one annually—we size them to last a couple of years, and our leotards are high quality. Unlike dance costumes, they’re made to be worn often in class and look great when we perform together. We’ll share more details about ordering leotards after classes begin in the fall.
Tumbling & Trampoline Competition Team Estimated Fees:
Competition uniform - $70-85 (plan to replace or update every other year). Uniforms will be sized with parental assistance and charged as needed.
Trampoline Shoes (required for competitions)
Each Competition: $45-70
AAU Individual & Team Membership (approximately $35 each)
The two required competitions will be automatically registered and billed to the iClass payment method on file. Optional competitions will be parent enrolled on iClass.
What happens if we miss a class (school year session)?
To receive a make-up token, please submit an absence request through the iClass system at least 6 hours before your class.
When you let us know ahead of time, your child’s spot opens for another student to attend—and that helps everyone get more chances to schedule a make-up!
If a class is missed without prior notice, unfortunately, a make-up token will not be issued.
Please note: Make-ups are not available for Parent & Child classes, camps, mini-sessions, or summer session classes.
What happens if it snows?
We make every effort to keep classes running, even in winter weather. We understand some students can easily make it despite the snow, while others may have trouble traveling in icy conditions. If you’re unable to attend due to weather, simply submit an absence request for a makeup token. If extreme weather forces us to adjust our schedule or cancel, we’ll email you with updates. Stay safe and warm!
